The financing part was actually easy, overall, though the paperwork did take a little while to get through.

We brought our travel trailer in because the water pump was acting up, plus we had a couple of small things we wanted looked at while it was there. The service desk was easy to deal with and kept me posted, which I always appreciate because I hate feeling like I have to chase people down for updates. It was finished when they said it would be, too. We took it out on our next trip, and everything worked like it should. that made the whole weekend a lot more relaxing, even though I did forget the coffee filters and had to improvise like a caveman. Overall, good experience and I’d be happy to use them again...

The sales guy seemed nice at first, but once we got into the numbers, things started to feel a little messy. It’s hard to describe exactly, but the fees weren’t explained very clearly and I felt like I was being rushed to make decisions. After that, it took longer than expected to get answers to my questions. The RV itself was fine, but the buying experience just wasn’t great.
